Impact Group led key initiatives for a newly formed Travel company that spun off from a major Travel, Hospitality and Marketing organization.  These initiatives included putting in place a new ERP system along with migrating from a PeopleSoft HRIS and Payroll system over to a Ceridian based solution.  This company’s strategic direction is to grow through aggressive acquisitions, requiring all enterprise applications along with IT infrastructure, processes and organization aligned to quickly assimilate acquired organizations’, resulting in enterprise solutions that are extremely cost competitive. Client Success Story #2 - Global Infrastructure Migration

Impact Group led the migration of 1000+ workstations worldwide to a new technology infrastructure established as a part of a company divestiture.  This initiative included establishing migration project plans and processes required to effectively move business users to a new environment with minimal disruption to business operations.  This was a highly complex initiative due to the fact that the desktop migration was a part of an overall technology separation initiative and required desktop connectivity to be maintained across separate and disparate network environments required for application access during the life of the overall migration project.

Client Success Story #3 - Supply Chain Transformation

Impact Group principles led a global Supply Chain Assessment that focused on key product lines in the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industry. This included the mapping of detailed processes for three core businesses plus global distribution operations.  The business process design initiative included process areas of:  Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan Demand, Plan Supply, Manage Materials and Global Logistics.  The outcome of the project produced a detailed gap analysis by BU, business transformation and standardization projects, and identified key priorities for their overall global IT strategic plan.

Client Success Story #4 - Security Services Recovery

An Impact Group customer had their servers infected with ransomware. This customer used to be a managed services customer, but they decided to hire internal IT and only use Impact Group for support and projects. All of the data on their server was encrypted by the ransomware. Our experts were able to recover all of their data, but it cost the customer over $2000. This could have been avoided had the customer continually monitored and updated their anti-virus definitions. After this incident, the customer saw the value in having Impact Group manage their IT environment. We are proud to say that none of our Managed Security Services customers have ever had any ransomware infections.
